In what appears to be flexing of muscles, the Senate on Thursday condemned the arbitrary firing and engaging style of the Buhari’s Administration involving the Federal Government Agencies and Parastatals.

The Senate concern is coming on the heels of the President's latest action in the dissolution of the Management Team of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) and its swift reconstitution without following the statutory requirement of seeking the upper chamber’s confirmation for his nominees.
The Senate reaction which many government watchers observed is a calculated effort by the Presidency in undermining its authority may set the Lawmakers in a collision path when they resume in September 29th from their recess.
