SOUTH-EAST: ENUGU GUBER TRIBUNAL- UGWUANYI WINS AGAIN

Report from Enugu, the coal city indicates that the Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Enugu has upheld the election of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in the April 11, 2015 governorship election. This came barely 24 hours after the Court of Appeal, Enugu Division, threw out same suits filed before it against the Governor by the APC.
